The telecommunications wholesale market is a very complex type of market that requires multiple skills in different areas of expertise. It meets the need of medium and large telecommunications and digital services companies, but also of network operators, to terminate calls in countries where they have exhausted their transmission capacity (CT) for a period of time.
In this case, the only way is to satisfy this need by using the ability of other qualified operators called OLOs. Wholesale traffic is calculated for exchanges of international transmission capacity for voice and data traffic between the various operators. The international transmission of voice and data takes place in an environment called IP.
